Flavoured salts are very common in Japan. Things simply grilled on the hibashi or lovingly and lightly deep fried are dipped into all manner of flavoured salts there!

Try sprinkling this one over grilled meats and fish or toss roasted potatoes with a good pinch or sprinkle over roasted veggies.
