About William Bar and Grill:
In late 2021 it was announced that Murray's Craft Brewing Co would bring to life the William room to join its beloved offering's on the Murray’s Estate in Bobs Farm and broaden the dining offerings on the property underpinned by a leading player in the craft beer industry. It is said in controversy that Beer is a better pairing match to food than Wine, it was our desire to challenge this very idea and cultivate a community to question the notion within a dining room of our own.
Led by Executive head chef Kumar KC and envisioned by the Howe family, Restaurant William redefines tailored hospitality. An immersive culinary dining experience in Port Stephens, offering a new way for guests to enjoy the finest sourced produce in a relaxed eco inspired environment and provide our visitors to B Farm with a speak to sit down, relax, take in the view and be looked after by our friendly staff.
William is really an all encompassing culinary experience of welcoming food and handcrafted alcohol. The menu extended to our guests in William is changing frequently as a result of what we can source from local farmers and producers with whom we work with intimately each week. Highlighting premium ingredients our aim is to keep it simple and showcase the simplicity of great ingredients on offer from our local fresh produce.
Our lounge room some may say, we invite you to call into William, have a glass of wine and some snacks, enjoy a long lunch or come in and do a wine tasting guided by one of our expert staff while enjoying some snacks from our menu.
With Executive Chef Kumar KC sourcing the finest produce we collaborate with local producers and seek out rare and exotic ingredients working to our best efforts to maintain the majority of our ingredients from within a 100km radius of the Bobs Farm estate.

Restaurant William is presently closed for Winter and will be reopening from November in line with the launch of our luxe stay experience, glamp at B Farm.
